Photo ID is required on Check-in, along with a Current Credit Card. Credit cardholder must be staying on-site.

For all apartments, the check-in time is 2.00 pm and the check-out time is 10.00 am.

A bookings is not confirmed until a deposit has been received. The required deposit is 30% of accommodation charges.

Cancellations with less than 21 days notice will not have the deposit refunded.

Cancellations with more than 21 days notice - deposit (less adminstation fee) is refunded.

Any guests under the age of 18, must be accompanied by their parent or Legal guardian - keys will not be handed over to guests & no refund will be given for the deposit.
