CONDITIONS
- Photo ID is required on check-in, along with a current Credit Card. Credit cardholder must be staying on-site.
- The check-in time is 2.00pm and the check-out time is 10.00am.
- A booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been received. Deposit required is 30% of accommodation charges.
- Cancellations with less than 21 days notice will not have the deposit refunded.
- Cancellations with more than 21 days notice - deposit (less $100 administration fee) is refunded.
- Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- If a guest breaks the Building By-Laws and is asked to leave - No refund will be given.
- PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT BEACHSIDE TOWER IS A NON-PARTY PROPERTY
- This property does not accept 'Schoolies' bookings. The property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire "schoolies" period.
